About Me
After spending 8 years in a meaningful and successful career as a program manager in the U.S. military, I was ready to build a fulfilling business that would allow me to be more present for my growing family. I'd always had aspirations of owning my own business, and I was ready to find a way to intentionally build the life that I wanted.
I jumped into entrepreneurship with both feet and began building a tech company with a team of colleagues. It was actually during that adventure that I began talking to other entrepreneurs and a familiar theme kept coming up: "I'm so buried in the business of working "in" my business, that I don't have the time to work "on" my business."
Many of these very talented entrepreneurs were passionate about their business, but they had so much on their plate that they didn't have time to effectively plan and manage their projects and teams, so they began reaching out to me for help. It felt amazing to be able to help their businesses grow through effective project management while making their life a little easier.
I enjoyed it so much that I decided to focus my talents on helping business owners break free from the daily grind of project management and administration, and get back to focusing their talent on building businesses they were passionate about!
